  1. My favorite quartet: that Ojy's ever smiling and ever cheerful countenance is always infectious. I can't help but being happy and grinning on sighting her laughing and giggling from ear to ear.

  2. Nice show guys. Dr. Abati was so funny and frank today. I loved the way he talked about the deficiencies of the government unlike before when he usually covers them up.

  3. These 4 Presenters make me laugh so much with the excuses they make for this failed experiment called a country. Everyday you come on TV to make excuses for failure and try to raise hope on hopelessness….I understand that you work for an organisation that is frightened to tell the people the truth.

  4. There is nothing the govt can do that these guys will not criticize in the name of pleasing their audience.
If Twitter was not banned, chances are there won't be any chance of negotiation. When Twitter comes, jobs will be created for Nigerians as well as revenue generated.

  6. Isn't it funny that it's one of the same tool they used against People's Demonic Party (PDP) when they were the opposition that The All Pathetic Con-men (APC) banned on a baseless argument that Twitter want's to undermine the country's democracy?. But let's not forget Twitter didn't remove the tweet threatening genocidal action against the Indigbo's because they wanted to disgrace Buhari. It was remove because Nigerians Flag and reported Buhari's comment by the thousand. Don't rationalize ego and backwardness. Break up the country and save lives.

  7. Amaechi went to China to collect condemned ,old and discarded trains. Had them painted and sent to Nigeria while pocketing most of the money and parking it abroad. How do you think we can move forward?
Everything we just have to cut corners. Mason making blocks will use less cement for a truckload of sand, u send driver to go buy fuel, he will buy half and pocket the rest of the money.🙉

  8. Once again, how do you ascertain what's "trending", and how has "trending" been sustained -even with Twitter ban in Nigeria?

  10. Dr. Abati, you seem to be talking as an opposition. Not your usual balanced views. Miss Abiola has shown more maturity.
    Thank you.

  11. Tundun does not know the meaning of "sofri"? That na grandiloquent affectation, Miss fancy-pants. It is so unnecessary to be highfalutin when you are a child of MKO Abiola. Wealth need not stress its presence.

What is this condescension you showcase? It is needless TBH; your pedigree sufficiently announces you – and positively too. Do not smear it by pleading sardonic ignorance of the language of Nigeria's 'basement dwellers'.

BTW, as wealthy as your father was he insisted that his children were grounded in the socio-cultural norms of Nigeria. Kola tells us – indeed, shows us this often.

  12. Thank you Dr Abati. You said it all, the incompetent of responding to emergencies in Nigeria, and failure of the Nigeria government institutions. and lack of educating people on how to manage such situations. But for that sufri sufri guy. Lol

  13. If my son or daughter to joins the nigeria military i will disown him/her, Nigeria were the president ( Buhari) can't honor or attend burial ceremony of the chief of staff and other heroes that died for Nigeria… in same Nigeria, were soldiers or other security personnel dies and govt will hold on to money supposed to be paid to families but allow them suffer especially wives and children…. after father's death life/earth becomes worse than hell.
Better die for good country and family enjoys at end without regret.

  14. We may pretend, but our actions, behaviour and practices, especially during emergency, truly expose who and what we’ve become. Because it reflects the true and unvarnished reality of our situation.
Using fresh branches of trees to extinguish roaring flames of fire, while miserable and sickly looking canisters of fire extinguishers lay forlorn and around the people trying to put out the fire. Probably, everything fake.
And in the background, we hear “sufrey, sufrey” being hollered. “Sufrey” (Softly) for who or what? Nobody knows!
May be the helpless man is expressing a mournful dirge for the newly acquired trains with the Chinese loan. Grotesque and most lamentable!
Bundles of contradictions everywhere. You hardly know where to start unraveling or deconstructing the Nigerian ‘Construct’. A conundrum beyond compare!
Again, this tragic train incident is an apt metaphor for Nigeria! What a country!

  15. Why are you guys rationalising Buhari govt's pettiness. Twitter was banned simply because the obnoxious and arrogant government felt offended when Buhari's offensive tweet was removed. All other reasons were mere afterthoughts.
